Yes. Clients running a second consecutive engagement receive a 10% reduction on the follow-on scope, applied after the first engagement completes with documented handoff.

50% at engagement kickoff, 50% upon handoff delivery. ACH, wire, and major credit cards accepted. Net-30 terms available for verified enterprise clients.

Scope is locked at kickoff. New work outside agreed deliverables is documented and presented as a separate follow-on engagement option. We do not expand scope mid-flight.

Extensions are available by mutual agreement before the end date, provided team capacity allows. All extensions are scoped and priced separately.

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver agreed scope, we continue at no additional charge or issue a prorated refund on the final payment.
