Our core operator role. You enter client systems mid-stream, assess what’s broken or unfinished, and complete defined deliverables within a 2–6 week window.
You map what exists before we execute. Audit client workflows, identify gaps, and produce scoping documents that define the engagement deliverables.
Clean, migrate, and structure client data between systems. Deliverables include the migrated dataset, validation reports, and documented processes.
Repair and complete broken automation workflows. Work with Zapier, Make, n8n, and APIs to fix what internal teams or previous vendors left unfinished.
Every engagement ends with handoff docs. You produce SOPs, process maps, and knowledge transfer materials that clients’ teams can use independently.
Manage the front-end of every engagement. Handle inbound requests, run scoping conversations, assess fit, and prepare new engagements for the delivery team.
Oversee multiple active client engagements. Ensure delivery timelines are met, escalate blockers, and maintain quality of execution across the team.
Qualify inbound leads, run discovery conversations, and determine fit before handing off to leadership. Written-first outreach style preferred.
