Data Sharing

Data Retention

Engagement records are retained for 3 years following conclusion. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

By accessing this website or engaging WizDevTech for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

WizDevTech provides embedded execution services on a fixed-scope, fixed-term basis. All services are governed by individual Scope of Work agreements executed prior to engagement commencement.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not submit false or misleading information via our forms
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape or harvest site content

Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of WizDevTech. Deliverables produced during client engagements transfer ownership to the client upon final payment, as specified in the Scope of Work.

Limitation of Liability

WizDevTech’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Engagement Terms

These terms supplement individual Scope of Work agreements and apply to all WizDevTech client engagements.

Scope & Deliverables

All deliverables are defined in writing prior to engagement commencement. Work outside agreed scope is documented and presented as a separate engagement option.

Payment

  • 50% of total fee due at kickoff
  • Remaining 50% due upon handoff delivery
  • Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month
  • Non-payment may result in work stoppage

Confidentiality

WizDevTech treats all client systems, data, and business information as strictly confidential. NDAs are available upon request prior to engagement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to necessary systems and documentation
  • Designate a single point of contact
  • Respond to written requests within 1 business day
  • Review deliverables within 3 business days of submission

WizDevTech does not operate under NAICS 541611 (Management Consulting) or 541613 (Marketing Consulting). These are deliberately excluded from our positioning. We execute against defined scope — we do not provide advisory, strategic, or consulting services.
